Lapford Mill Miniature Steam Railway
We have been posting a lot of photos lately of the beautiful 7.25 gauge Lyn, a steam locomotive and two carriages.
The hope is that Lapford Mill can host a complete loop of track and operate Lyn, along with a number of similar engines sometime in the future. The track and entire infrastructure is ‘portable’ so no permanent fixtures are planned, however there is still a lot of work to do and a lot of ‘track’ ahead!
We believe that an attraction like this would be a significant benefit to our local visitor economy and a lot of fun!
