Alison Gardner is a local Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is a member of the of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and membership of these associations means she adheres to a strict code of ethics.

You don’t need any special preparation for the session but it’s a good idea to wear comfortable clothing to help you relax. Every participant will receive a free relaxation download to use at home.

Hypnotherapy

Trance is a natural state of life and we will all have been in trance several times today but we usually think of it as day dreaming. Anytime we move from an outward perception to an inner awareness, we enter trance and we do it all the time. Whenever you go into your own world and imagination, you are going into a trance and this can be an incredibly relaxing experience.
